pretty good looks to be promising , but you have to change at the end where it says "to be begun" it's not proper english, something more like "to begin" would be better.

newgrounds has nothing to do with your frame rate only the movie size.But some movies do play slower in your browser than when you watch it from your hard drive. Anyways you can definately tell that it's 60 fps but it just is lacking in many other respects like audio.
